- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for physical products that have not been written on, colored, or altered in any way. This includes writing or coloring on any pages or covers, removing stickers, or taking out pages. To request a refund, please email us with your order number and photos of the product, and we'll be happy to assist you.
- If you receive a product that has mistakes, please remember that I am only human. I suggest checking all of the products before use to make sure everything looks nice. If you notice any mistakes please email or contact me through the form on the website so I can fix it for you in a promptly manner.

Orders will be processed and shipped approximately 30-40 business days from the last day of the pre-order period. We do not offer any alterations to products, except in cases where a mistake was made on our end. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changing sticker designs or sizes
- Modifying planner pages or notepads
- Altering designs on bookmarks, stickers, or covers
- Adding or removing any elements
